Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 2026

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Xtream-Masters OTT Player ("the app", "our software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2 Description of Service

Xtream-Masters OTT Player is a Windows desktop IPTV player. The app plays media streams from IPTV playlists that you provide in the Xtream Codes API format or as an M3U URL.

The app is a media player only. We do not provide, host, distribute, resell, recommend, or facilitate access to any IPTV content, channels, or streams. All content comes directly from third-party IPTV providers chosen and configured by you.

4 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

5 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or rebrand the app or any part of it.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or attempt to derive its source code.
  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with the licensing system, HMAC signature verification, or any security mechanism.
  • Share, publish, or leak license activation keys, device IDs, or trial-extension methods.
  • Use the app to distribute or stream content you do not have the legal right to broadcast.
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
  • Run the app on emulators, virtual machines, or automated systems to abuse the trial system.

6 License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke or ban any license, at any time, without refund, if we detect:

Revocation is enforced by marking your device as banned in our licensing server. The app will stop functioning on that device.

7 Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

We are not responsible for:

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9 Refunds

10 Intellectual Property

The app, its source code, design, logos, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written permission.

11 Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, or cryptocurrency networks). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those transactions. We are not liable for actions, outages, or errors of those third-party payment processors.

12 Termination

You may terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

13 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
